Technical Project Manager – Key Account

As Technical Project Manager, you’ll be dedicated directly on to a key account where you’ll be representing the client during all security system projects within London and throughout EMEA. A great chance to work for a well-known, Blue-Chip, Global end user.

Job Role Summary:

Being involved in the delivery of all security systems projects for this well-known Global company, you’ll be the subject matter expert, supporting through design and project delivery, offering project management and technical expertise.


Liaise directly with the client’s management and security teams, to ensure complete satisfaction.
Develop project scopes of work (SOW) and work with security integration partners during design and project delivery of multiple projects throughout the year.

Responsible for the design, architect and deployment of enterprise driven technology platforms and projects, small, medium and large.
Produce costing and forecasting material.

Track security technological advancements and liaise with technology partners, advising the client of suitable changes and upgrades as required.

Manage a structured and efficient maintenance programme.
Work with Security System Administrators in the support of escalated technical problem resolution.
Responsible for maintaining system controls and reporting on technological advances to identify efficiencies and minimise security risk exposure to cyber and system data breaches.

Travel within the UK (mainly London) and occasionally across EMEA when required.
Requirement to be on-call for technical emergencies

Skills Required :

Significant experience within the security engineering sector – including experience as a Project Manager / Technical PM.
Strong client management experience, ideally with experience of working directly with end users or on dedicated key accounts.
Experience or certification in Lenel or Genetec, would be highly beneficial.
Well-rounded engineering experience including design, commissioning and project management is highly sought after.
Strong IT skills which may include SQL database management, IT system support, networking, IT infrastructure, operating platforms and software solutions (SaaS and PaaS)
Relevant qualifications preferred – e.g. PRINCE2, IOSH, NEBOSH, CCNA, Microsoft, etc.


£65,000 + expenses + benefits.
