This NSI Gold Installer was formed over 20 years ago and provide a tailored fire and security solution for any business or home, They are experts in designing, installing and maintaining security and loss prevention solutions.

As the Service Coordinator you will support the engineers on a variety of duties, including deployment of a team of 15 Engineers, procurement, supply of equipment, project documentation and client communication, you will be working in a team of 10 coordinators.

The Role:

To proactively support and assist the engineers
To be the point of contact for communications between the engineers and the customer
Responsibility for the deployment of engineers and resources as required to best ensure the delivery of multiple, large-scale projects.
Working closely with Service Managers to be kept updated on the Engineers diaries.
Booking appointments/surveys
Organizing and ordering stock
Documenting information from customers regarding the sites/projects that the engineers will be attending


High standards of customer service
Good organizational skills
IT literacy, preferably in MS Office


£18,000, 21 days holiday
