Fire and Security Maintenance Manager

An electronic fire and security company, who design, install, commission and maintain tailored electronic fire & security systems. This role will be responsible for the management of fire and security engineers that service and support new and existing fire and security customers in the South East by responding to service calls, carrying out planned maintenance and small installation works. The successful Manager will manage a team of engineers that provide exceptional customer service experience whilst completing routine servicing, testing, inspection, repairs and small works of fire detection, fire alarm, CCTV, Access Control systems and associated equipment and products.
Manage a Service Engineering Team comprising of 15 engineers
Experience of Installation/Service Management
Work will be based in the South East with some time spent in Central London occasionally.
Provide technical & fault-finding support to engineers and clients
Complete technical audits
A minimum of 5 years’ management experience
* Have the technical experience to be able to lead, train and assist engineers if needed (e.g. have been a Fire Alarm/ Security Systems Engineer
£40,000 – £50,000 + Company car, fuel card, mobile, laptop and pension.
