Our latest recognition – two key National Associations invite us to join them

It is said that actions very much speak louder than words. We firmly believe that our approach to recruitment in the fire and security sectors is second to none and we take huge confidence from that. Confidence that’s received an extra boost thanks to not one but two external verifications last month.

We’ve been invited to join APSCo – the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo). The Association was formed for firms involved in the recruitment of professional talent that have a commitment to excellence; to give them the specialist support and distinctive voice they need to be successful. The backing of APSCo presents our clients, our candidates and our own internal team with a trusted badge of quality whilst providing us with
an innovative range of services designed for us by recruitment experts.

Our acceptance into the Association was subject to a detailed selection process. APSCo conducted an independent report with insights gathered from 10 Zitko candidates and 10 Zitko clients. Our proven approach and our long standing relationships showed that we are in synergy with the Association’s values and we are hugely proud of their endorsement.

Speaking about Zitko Consultancy’s acceptance into APSCo – the Association’s CEO Ann Swain said: “APSCo is delighted to welcome Zitko Consulting Ltd into its membership. All of our members have to commit to a strict Code of Conduct and a rigorous, independently verified, referencing process that means that APSCo is a trusted badge of quality for candidates and employers. It’s not easy to become an APSCo member and the fact that
Zitko Consulting Ltd embraced this process shows their commitment to excellence.”

We’re now part of the Recruitment and Employment Federation too; having been subject to a rigorous compliance test. The REC wanted to make sure we are top of the class – testing our knowledge on key areas such as employment law, recruitment guidance, due diligence and ethics. The REC leads the way in defining better recruitment standards and practice, and knows what is truly needed to build a world-class jobs market. We’re pleased to be a part of it.

We’re a growing recruitment consultancy – and teaming up with other ambitious and successful organisations in the same sector is important. We’re driven to develop and strengthen our approach in terms of best practice and delivery of service excellence – and APSCo and the REC are key strategic partners to help us to do just that.
