Graduates – we’re coming for you

Graduates – we’re coming for you

We feel very strongly that our work here at Zitko starts and ends with our candidates. We work with a great range of clients that want to place the very best talent – and they have chosen to work with us because we’ve proven that our consultative approach to candidate engagement works.

The sectors we work in are fast paced and it’s important to provide a targeted approach to our work; matching the requirements and ethos of the clients we work with, to the right candidates. We all know that the workplace keeps changing, the IT and security sectors are very much at the forefront of this continuing evolution and today’s graduates are tomorrow’s trailblazers. Zitko is helping to build the future of these sectors.

Our work placing recent graduates in entry level positions is set to grow this year. Whilst getting to know candidates by phone and email is a key part of our work, you can’t beat face to face interaction. That’s why we’ve made an increased commitment to attend more graduate fairs this year, in the parts of the country we recruit in.

“We know that the graduate jobs market can be competitive and we strongly encourage students to do their homework. Lots of consideration should be given as to the sorts of roles they are interested in – and attending local graduate recruitment fairs is a great way to find out more about opportunities available. We look forward to speaking to future graduates at our first 2016 event in April, and in all the others to come throughout the year.”

George Zitko, Managing Director, Zitko Consulting.

Zitko Consulting will be at the University of Bedfordshire Graduate Futures Fair on Monday 25th April 2016 from 12 – 3pm at the Bedford campus. Event booking details online here. We’ll also announce our attendance at future fairs online soon.

If you are an upcoming graduate, get in touch to be added onto our new graduate system. Looking for a role now? Take a look at the jobs we are currently recruiting for.
