Your personal or corporate data, forms of identification, or any additional documents provided are confidentially stored on our secure database deploying the latest IT security best practice. We are registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) and our staff are trained on all aspects of the Data Protection Act.
In 2018 new laws around data protection will see further measures required, with the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) coming into force on 25 May 2018. Regulated by the ICO, the GDPR strengthens the rules around personal data and requires organisations to be more accountable and transparent. It also gives people greater control over their own personal data.
We are aware that some recruitment agencies in the industry do not comply with either current, or future data protection laws. By posting a CV onto a public job board, individuals run the risk of their data being shared with third parties (including their current employer) without their consent.
